I hired a landscaper last year to put in my yard and some beautiful trees, plants and flowers.?

This year several of the plants didn%26#039;t make it through the winter and one of my expensive pine trees is dead. Should the lanscaper replace these plants at his cost or is that just the way it goes sometimes?
Say

Reply:The expensive tree should%26#039;ve come with some kind of guarantee. As for everything else..........it happens.
Reply:sometimes they will replace. i%26#039;m sure you spent a nice chunk of change on it, so i would for sure give him a call.
Reply:I don%26#039;t know about the plants per se, but a pine tree should last more than one season. I think he owes you.
Reply:you would have to have a talk with your landscaper and find out what went wrong
Reply:if the landscaper said it would last then yes he should replace it- but if he never said that then thats the way lfie is.
Reply:it depends on your contract with him....they usually specify the time they will guarantee the plants for...good luckacting resources
